During the eight phases of construction, SOA, BHC staff, and the construction team paid close attention so that while maintaining patient care standards, quality construction and detailing was still achieved.  Near the completion of the intensive construction process, the staff received an award for patient satisfaction exceeding 90% for all aspects of the patients’ stay, including their physical environment!
