Missouri Employer’s Mutual surveyed their employees before and after their new building was occupied.

“There are just innumerable benefits that flow out of the bricks and mortar by how they are put together and how everything flows in and out of the building, within the building, from one department to another, up and down; our gathering places. Everything that was done was done with a purpose of maximizing work flow, maximizing good will/good feeling and maximizing teamwork and I think we accomplished that.
