First National Bank - 3rd Floor Renovation

The Landrum Company’s goal in choosing SOA was to achieve a sophisticated, seamless renovation of the third floor of the First National Bank (FNB) building in downtown Columbia while keeping all services on that floor operational.

The project was carefully divided into phases, with each area being renovated in a specific order to minimize employee relocation.  Through close collaboration with the contractor and detailed responsiveness to the client’s needs, SOA was able to successfully complete the project with the bank services remaining fully operational from start to finish.
