An eight-phase renovation project transformed an institutional postpartum unit into a sophisticated, spa-like environment to nurture new mothers, their babies, and visitors at Boone Hospital Center. Near the completion of the intensive construction process, the staff received an award for patient satisfaction exceeding 90% for all aspects of the patients' stay, including their physical environment!
