Enhanced relationships and connections are the drivers behind this multi-layered renovation of a 1920s dormitory into a LEED Silver Certified one-stop-shop for admissions and related functions. Cost neutral sustainable design incorporated restoration of specific historic elements that acknowledge traditions and sentimentality of the alumni while introducing contemporary materials and spaces to appeal to today's students.
