University of Missouri Tate Hall Renovation

Constructed in 1927 for the University of Missouri Law School, Tate Hall maintains its prominence at the south east corner of MU’s quadrangle. In Fall 2009 SOA was chosen to transform Tate Hall and maximize classroom and faculty office space. With life safety and accessibility concerns addressed, removal of the structural library stacks, window replacement, exterior insulation and the introduction of energy efficient mechanical and electrical systems, Tate now functions as a 21st century building.
